Returns

As our cookies are perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, personal taste preferences, or if the product has been opened or partially consumed.

Refunds

We want you to enjoy every order. If there is an issue with your cookies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

We may offer a refund in the following situations:

  • Damaged in transit 

  • Incorrect item received

  • Quality issue

To help us assess the issue, we may request clear photos of:

  • The cookies

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue is verified.

Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Change of mind

  • Disliking a flavour

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Courier delays or missed deliveries

  • Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if baking has not yet begun. After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to the small‑batch nature of our production.
